The Hungry Herbivore is a restaurant developed by the Liberty Dining Team to cater to the plant- based and gluten-free lifestyle. As someone who is gluten-free myself, it was an honor to be able to design the face of the concept. The inspiration for the branding came from craft beer packaging with a psychedelic twist. I wanted to develop a plant-based concept that wouldn’t be like every other vegan/vegetarian restaurant, but one teeming with life and excitement.
